Project management, operations, and business development responsibilities for wireline and wireless communications projects that implement various technical solutions for a number of customers that include Carriers and General Contractors. Additional responsibilities include vendor management, process improvement, coordinating RFP responses, and P&L management.

· Directed a team of 5 consultants that upgraded a National Cable Company’s VOIP Backbone Networks which included the installation, termination, and testing of over 1200 coax drops

· Managed a team of communications analyst that performed communication service analysis for several customers that resulted in an average increase of data bandwidth of 100% with monthly cost reduction of at least 20%

· Project Management lead for a team of 10 consultants that was responsible for an infrastructure built out at a private data center that included a LAN Network, structured cabling infrastructure (CAT6) , and a VOIP phone solution (Cisco MSC7815 Server and 7900 series phones) that gave the data center operator the ability to monitor all building management systems (Cisco Switches, Routers, and Firewall)

· Managed project design team for an Ethernet metro area network build out over fiber with 80+ nodes that provided local transport to multiple wireless carriers (Adtran)

· Supervised network decommission of 76 sites in 13 states of an Ethernet data network for a national internet services company. (Cisco AS5800s, 7200VXRs, 12000s, 3500s, Nortel CVX 1800s)
